Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

    • Next-Day Shipping: Next business day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM (local time)

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Orders over $100 may qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can easily track your package.

International Shipping:

Order Delays:

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed of any unexpected delays

Returns:

  • Eligibility: We accept returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.

  • Non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, jewelry, or any personalized/customized items for health and hygiene reasons.

  • How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email address] with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll provide you with instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable). Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during return shipping.

Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags still attached, within 30 days of delivery.

  • How to Exchange: If you'd like to exchange an item, simply reach out to our customer service team at [email address] with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We will guide you through the exchange process and assist you in selecting the right size or style.

Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: In certain cases, a restocking fee may apply (up to 10%) depending on the condition of the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.

Exclusions:
